Postsource
Every other tool grades your resume. Postsource grades the job.
It reads the openings employers publish through their own hiring systems, then tracks how long each one has really been live, how often it has been reposted, and how many times you have already applied to that company.
Nothing is collected on this page while the list is closed.
The problem is not that you are applying wrong
It is that the listings themselves stopped being trustworthy, and that applying more makes your odds worse rather than better.
- 93%of surveyed job seekers have applied to a posting they believe was fake, or suspect they have
- 1%completely trust online listings
- 108 daysmedian from starting a search to a first offer — the longest on record
- 6.07% → 1.91%interview rate at one application per company, against eight or more
- 9.25% → 2.58%interview rate per application, at 11–20 sent against 100 or more
- 23% → 42%exposure to postings the applicant believed were not real, at 1–10 sent against 26–50

Where the postings come from
Straight from the employer
Six applicant tracking systems publish their boards openly, because employers want the roles found. Postsource reads those feeds — not an aggregator, and not a scrape of a scrape.
Read once a day, and remembered
Each board is read at most once every 24 hours. A posting that disappears is never deleted; it is recorded as closed, which is what makes the history worth anything.
The same role, recognised again
A role republished under a new identifier is matched back to the original, so “posted three times since February” is something the system can observe rather than something you have to notice.
Two signals, never blended into one
A single match percentage would let a well-written ghost job outrank a real one. So quality and fit stay separate, and quality never appears without the facts that produced it.
An example, not a live posting
This would be application 3 to Northwind in 90 days.
- Backend Engineer12 Jun
- Platform Engineer3 Jul
The meter reports what was observed and stops there. It does not say the job is fake, because that is not something a feed can tell you — and the number of days is on the card, so you can disagree with it.
What Postsource will not do
No auto-apply, and no bulk submission
Volume is what causes the interview-rate collapse above. A tool that speeds it up is selling the disease.
No application autofill
Given away free across 100+ platforms already. Nothing to win, and it is not the problem.
No resume scoring, and no resume generator
Every incumbent grades your resume. Not one grades the posting.
No aggregated or scraped listings
Postings come from the employer’s own hiring system, which is what makes the history trustworthy.
Accounts are not open yet
Postsource is being built now. Leave an address and you get one email when it opens — not a newsletter, and not a sequence.
